Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your personal information when you use this website or get in touch with KOKO 4 Men. We are the data controller for it. You can reach us at 2 Castle Street, Ashford, Kent TN23 1JQ, or on 07544 843598.

What this website collects

Very little. The site has no contact forms, no accounts and no newsletter, so it never asks for your name, email or phone number. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for a short time, to keep the site secure and working.

The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for the detail.

When you call or message us

If you phone the shop or message us on Instagram, we use your name and number only to book and manage your appointment. We do not sell or share it, and we do not use it for marketing. Instagram messages are also handled by Meta under its own privacy policy.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Ask in the shop or call us. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
